4 more days 2 PSLE! Yay! That's great, isn't it? At least, it means closer yet again 2 the end of PSLE, like I said b4. Tomorrow's Children's Day n so SHPS celebrated it yesterday. We were told 2 assemble @ 10.30am in the hall n they had some "show"/ slideshow/skit on saving energy, water, etc, etc. That wasn't really celebrating, wasn't it? Then b4 that was the science talk which was also pretty boring cos I was sitting @ the back of the hall n even though it was on the visualiser, it wasn't that clear. But I managed 2 listen n noe what they were talking about. The concert was overall so-so. There was supposed 2 be a skit of Snow White n the Seven Dwarfs by the P5 teachers but instead they made it "who is the hunkiest of them all" not "who is the fairest of them all". Which of course, the queen was a king n snow white was stone cold(I think). N instead of a poisoned apple, it was a Raffles Hotel Mooncake. It sounded a bit lame either way. When the princess came 2 "kiss" the prince, everybody(or most) went "eeewwww" though of course I didn't. They came frm the P5s I think. But Mrs Lim, who acted as the princess, didn't kiss him cos he had "smelly breath". So she used her smelly feet 2 wake him up. When Stone Cold proposed 2 her, she said yes though she is married! So Beth said she was a two-timer lol. People went "eeeewwww" again.
Throughout the concert Michael[Lim] was irritating Priscilla n me. When I tapped his head w/ Beth's water bottle it felt pretty hollow. Which means that he ain't got a brain. A breakthrough in medical science. Not all people have brains. Then Mr Adil, Mr Elmi n Mr Suhaimi(nt sure how its spelt) formed a band n Mr Adil sang Green Day's Boulevard of Broken Dreams n he sounded weird. He sang 2 us in class b4 n that time he sounded pretty gd. Maybe he wasn't used 2 the mike or maybe he couldn't sing that song well. Beth missed her bus cos the concert lasted until 1.10pm cos the percussion item took ages 2 end. Pondscum used Beth's water bottle n Clarence's spoon 2 make some noise n then when she walked behind me, since we were all standing up, I stepped on her foot- muahahahahahahahaha. Of course, she didn't say anything cos plants can't talk.
We got quite a lot of stuff frm Pondscum. I didn't noe she could be so generous. There was a keychain saying "SHPS Happy Children's Day" n I wonder whether the whole sch got it... We should have partied all day yesterday but instead our MT teacher asked us 2 copy a compo! I had finished 3/4 of it when she said that we don't need 2 hand it up but nyway I just finished it. For recess there was Hawaiian n Mushroom & Cheese Pizza plus Pepsi n the Hawaiian was a big hit. Then Pondscum said that she didn't want 2 be our maid again by cleaning up after we ate n drank n how I wish she could be our maid but there wasn't a chance. Sad. Gtg. This looks like a pretty long post. Before I end, on Thursday Mt. I.R. Tan exploded the worst in a gazillion years. If u get what I mean.
