Yesterday's Mediacorp trip rocked! It was seriously nice. After sch ended Eunice, May & I walked to the upper sec block to get my OS frm some SC. then we saw her walking w/ a grp of friends down the stairs n then Eunice said, "That's her!" We were gonna walk up 2 her when Eunice froze n said that she was talking to Reuben, HER OGL, who she disliked. But still, she doesn't have the worst OGL(Guess who does?). So she wanted to leave but we argued n then when we were walking towards them, Louis, who was running in our direction, dropped his pencil case. AND he didnt know it. So we had no choice but to call him n return it. Then some sec 3 or 4 guy came up to it, picked it up n was about to walk away when I said, "Hey its somebody's." He glared @ me n then juz dropped it. To cut it short, we managed to return Louis his pencil case(thru Liang Jie n Wang Shuo) but I lost sight of Gracie(the girl) n Reuben. Sigh. Nevermind. Sacrifice.
So we bought a drink n after that, went to the Library to read cos we had 30min to kill. On the way past 4J we saw Jun Le n some guy(plus some girls) in the room n the guy was lying on two tables n posing like some model! Then JL was sitting infront of him n laughing. Then Eunice exclaimed, "What is he doing?!" not so loudly, but still they looked up n then the guy scrambled back up. lol. It was pretty embarrassing 4 her. Then later mr Tay gave us a short briefing, then dinner. This guy, who's sec 4 n recognised as the Info-Comm President(ICP) was there too n he approached us asking whether we were frm 1E. I think he remembered us cos we asked him whether IC had space 4 two ppl. Later he asked us the same question again n we burst out laughing then he smiled n said, "wo wen guo ni men right?" I labelled him as CHIP which is computer CHIP n also cos ICP rearranged is CIP n add a "H(cos we were calling him "Him" for awhile)" then = CHIP. Logical. He was on the same bus n the ride was seriously fun as May & I were listening to her phone's MP3 but mostly it was the song Hey Juliet. We invented the gay dance specially for Glen cos his buddy Joseph was dancing in that song during S & T. lol. but of course, there was a serious side 2. Then we were laughing till our stomachs hurt. Mediacorp was seriously COOL anw. We were against DSS and RGS for some chinese show called creatively mine(wo shi chuang xing wang). We were a pretty enthu bunch cos every little thing some ppl started screaming. I was talking to May's OGL, Corinne, for a bit n when she found out that I was frm SHPS, she told me that Isabel Phua is her cousin. *raise eyebrows* what a SMALL world. You noe, that is kinda ironic cos the word "small" is in caps n yet the meaning of the word is supposed to be "tiny" yet the word is big. Then we were in the studio 4 about 3 hrs or so. We saw Marcus Chin, Mark Lee, Jack Neo, Priscelia Chan, Dasmond Koh and some guy who acted in The undisclosed as a detective(Everybody agreed that he was shuai. lol). I took photo w/ him after the show n I havent received the pic frm May yet so I'll post it another time. Mayb tmr or Sunday. We lost to DSS but actually, I think we shld have won! Their contraption was not that good n they didnt even have a mind of their own! When Jason(SHPS) asked some question that stumped them, they didnt even answer n then Mark Lee had 2 ans 4 them! ugh. N I didnt noe that Jack Neo is AHS' alumni together w/ Dasmond Koh. We cheered a lot but not everything might b on tv cos think: we were there 4 3hrs n the show is only 1hr. See how much they're gonna cut? Gah, I bet they cut off Jason's questions too! After everything finished, May, Eunice, Corinne, her frens n I asked the Steven guy(acted in undisclosed that guy.) to "gen wo men pai zhao". Then he was very kind n agreed then suddenly everybody was wanted to take photos. Only the girls, though. lol. He was like placing his hands around Eunice n me n later Eunice said that she'll never wash her sleeve again. Of course she was joking lah. Then later he said, "wah, zhe me duo ren!" juz b4 the show started he asked whether anybody wanted his photo or autograph n nobody said so so he was pretending to be sad. You can catch d epi sometime this month anw. It was really a once in a lifetime experience... They had to record some parts again cos halfway the taped ran out n sometimes Mark Lee said stuff wrongly. We actually booed @ a lot of stuff he said when he "critisized" AHS so I think he was pretty pissed off. XD.
On the bus back, the guy AHS contestant was w/ us n he was chatting w/ us for a bit. He said he is frm MJC n juz graduated frm AHS last yr. Took triple sci, etc. Quite a nice guy too. He kept on thanking us for supporting n he didnt ans a lot of the questions then I asked him wat qs he will ans n then he said all the easy ones. The trip back was fun too but it passed all b4 we knew it. We reached back @ AHS ard 11.10 n May n I grabbed our bags n were about 2 leave when we realised Eunice 4got her bag! She was about to leave too. lol. After dropping May off, I went 2 pick my bro frm Kranji. by d time we reached there it was 11.55 n came back, 12.20am. So I was pretty much out the whole day n slept 4 about 7 hrs b4 waking up n going to church. If I have time I'll take a pic of the cheer n paste it here.
