One more day! today there was this wkshop at Bedok library about project work. I guess you could say it was ok. Some parts were fun. AND WE WON:)) yay. they gave us a book called... I cant rmb. ledgends of sth. somewhere in SPAIN. hmm. been learning a bit of spanish these days. my fave phrase is 'cogito ergo sum' XD. which means 'I think, therefore I am'. It sounds weird but its kinda famous.
So yest was career fair(GRASP- qi3 fei1). Ours was at indoor stadium. I mean, Lee Kuo Chuan Indoor Stadium. The sec 3s were in charge and no offence to them but it was BORING. we finished walking around the stalls in less than 15min. then there was a quiz by these two guys, Fredrick and Brian(I think). 1F got 2nd. 1H got first cos maybe the judges thought they were enthu. Later @ 10.30 was some MF course. MF= macromedia flash(and not anything else). it was fun(we had the same one on Tues) and we had to each create a scene. Mine was foggy weather. and looked funny/weird. IT ROCKED. somewhat.
Today: Morning was super SLACK! it was supposed to be the lower sec chess competition, so we all slacked in class. Handphones were whipped out. I spent about 30min playing a game on my hp and it was boring. again. Eunice, Amanda and Becky went to TEN to play games! gah I didnt noe i thought they were gonna watch ppl play chinese chess. but oh well. After recess we headed to the tower hall at 11.05 even though mr C said 11am SHARP. so we all thought he was gonna kill us but it turned out he wasnt even there. sigh. it was SUPER HILARIOUS. the part where Mr Tan and Mr Yeow were acting. I have to admit, they are quite funny. I was laughing till my stomach hurt and even Coach D[aniel] was laughing so hard. The thing ended at 12.30 and we went back to class, came down and hung around the concourse watching principal's of schs walking past w/ SCs in blazers guiding them. SAW MRS FOO! she was talking w/ another person which cld be SHPS' new principal. Later, we were standing nxt to the staircase for so long while waiting for the bus and watched the procession of cars coming in. We saw this SC directing cars and he wasnt even breaking out into a sweat! whereas the BB guy nxt to him was sweating profusely. IT WAS SWELTERING HOT, how cld he not sweat?! but anw. we boarded the bus to the library. and that ends the [major] events of the day so far. Tmr's quadH's last day! aww. lol.
