im kinda busy right now, no time to blog. or rather, I just dont feel like doing so haha. well, nth much has been happening. today there was no sch, just went to the sci centre for some 'mathematics of chance' workshop... honestly, it was more like a presentation cos it only took like, 1 hr or so? it taught us some probability stuff which was quite hard to stomach at first, but now I guess I roughly understand it. and the so-called wksht on heymath had this qn:
What is the probability that no 2 students share the same birthday with each other, considering that they are all born in 1994 and there are 400 students?
Well, we didnt know the ans. but according to mr h, the answer is zero. well, I guess that is kinda right if u think for awhile. and some ppl will be like, "oh ya, why didnt I think of that before?" haha. anw, thanks mr h :D though we didnt really need it in the end. lol.
After the one hr or so, we had our own free time to walk around so sheen and I explored the place. we were really hungry and there was only 1 macs. fyi, there were like, more than 5 schs there and the queue stretched 3 lines till outside of the shop :/ ugh so we just walked around playing with the science stuff which was quite fun ;D the macs queue was long throughout the entire 1 and a half hours so we gave up on that and later while waiting for the bus I took 1 fry frm tessa. and a sip of pure strawberry blend/shake frm eunice. it wasnt sweet but it was natural- kinda nice.
Afternoon: tm w/ tiff & cole. hm, bought wu3 yue4 tian1's cd :DD yay! haha. I mean, I didnt buy it. it was my bday prezzie frm d both of them. so thanks you guys (: took neos at century square. chose the CHEAPer one, 6 bucks. but it was okay. came back around 6. we were walking aimlessly around and I saw lotsa ppl I know.
thats about it. and I think I got a sugar overdose haha frm starbucks(which I almost didnt pay for), sweets frm mini toons, bbt frm sweet talk and f&n grape @ d SSC(sci centre):D
