yesterday was super lame and fun. well, the part after sch, i mean. chinese and music were okay. recess was of course okay. then double math. one word: UGH. mr neo's going super fast for no rhyme or reason; its not like we have little time! eng was as usual.
then cca! gathered in 2D. at first only the 2Dians and pres, vpres, yinsoon and lamer yirong xD left for NYP at around 2pm, after ages. had to wait for the sec 1s to finish their oral presentation wkshop thing and put their bags in the dark room. but anyway, got to NYP at amk before 3 and was led into the IT block. i resolve not to go to a poly cos its freakishly big and super confusing xD all of the students were staring at us cos we were in a uniform. haha.
then we got to learn the basic components of the CPU and after that went for a break at the campus' macs. sheen and i wanted bbq, curry, tomato and garlic chilli sauce so when i asked the person for all the sauces, she actually smirked. lol. and in the end i think she forgot what i said cos she didnt give me bbq but instead mayonnaise. hah.
split up into 4 grps to fix and dismantle the cpu. was with sheen, yinsoon, yirong, and the sec 1s. cant rmb which, though :o was pretty fun but those pins and all were prickly!
the CPU when we were trying to fix it back. what a challenge. we had to fix everything back and plug it in to a workstation and on it! and it was super funny cos yr dropped a screw inside and we couldnt find it. and then later when we uprighted the CPU, we heard a 'clink clink' sound. lol, and the supervisor was there. and then sheen was like, 'take the screw! take it!' hahahahaha then yr said, "oh, nothing happened" plus, later when jeremie and the pro guy...yiling? ok sounds like a girl. sorry, cant rmb his name xD then he tried to connect the wire and found out the pins had bent. so in the end our cpu's fan had no power. i doubt they were ever gonna use the cpu anyway, so it wont explode or anything. haha.
finally got it working w/o the fan! everyone was nervous it would explode ><>
jam on PIE, as expected cos it was 6pm alr. got back to sch around 6.20, just as the sjab ppl finished. ncc and gg were still there. hung around for awhile, in the canteen and parade square with sheen, before leaving.
hoped to see kiwis but no we didnt. instead, we THOUGHT we saw vp at tanah merah but later he seemed to have disappeared. took 24 back and at the stop i realised there was a 2 behind. vp came out of it ><>
went to cell and came back and watched tv till 12am. spent today afternn doing art (finally done, whee). left with SEL and i think ive gotta study for math test on mon. ugh. i need to do well in math if i were to take triple sci next year. that is, if i stay on.
