Ramblings I hope you guys will get it. Christianity is not just a religion. It's more than that. It's not like, we follow 'strict' rules or whatever. More importantly, its a relationship. With God. I find the word 'religion' a very shallow word to describe it because it simply does not bring out the full meaning. A relationship sounds much more adequate. Yes, you can have a relationship with Him, if you are willing to. We are all His children. And while, of course, there are certain things we do that we should not do, eg lying, we are still His children and His love for us will never waver. It's okay if you don't believe in this, because I sincerely pray that you will one day.
People who don't know better think that the word 'praying' and 'devotion' and all is like other religions where you have to abhor to strict rules by bowing down infront of whatever and talking and sitting down in one corner or whatever. Let me tell you, its not. Prayer is our communication with my Dad :D and you can do it anywhere, anytime and I don't need to go to any specific place just to communicate, do I? Its like bonding time and it just makes me love Him more. haha.
Also, the Bible is what God told his people to write for mankind and its the bread of life. John 1:1 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning.3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all people.5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
Faith is something you can't see. It aint faith if you're using your eyes. And sometimes your eyes deceive. I have Faith with a capital F in God with a capital G!
