    REVELATION. 7:30 PM

Just came back from Pasir Ris Park/Cerebral Palsy Centre at 6+. It was super fun :D And James is super CUTE!

At first we thought it was gonna be a dismal start cos we didnt volunteer to get any child, cos there was an excess of volunteers and only 35 children. So we felt super extra and bored. We took 2 coaches to Pasir Ris park from the Cerebral Palsy Centre at Pasir Ris and everyone was sitting with their kids so we were really really left out. *cue the melancholic music* xD

Went there and it started to pour, so we were just hanging around at the shelter and in the end Lindy went to ask some Siglap sec guys whether we could 'pair' with them cos they had 2 kids between the 2 of them. haha and amazingly they said yes! So things started falling in place and we got to know Javier and James. Brought them for pony rides and to cut the long story short, it was super fun even though Javier was a bit hyper and I was a teeny bit biased towards James. Sorry Javier! But James is really smart. And Javier, despite his hyperness, is rather cool too. haha.

The whole thing ended at 5pm and we headed back. I guess we kinda made new friends with the Siglap sec people, which was nice. And we made friends with the kids too! aww :D hahaha it was really meaningful and it was nice to see the kids just having fun without a care in the world. It was also nice to see the volunteers being so patient with the kids. I would definitely help out with the kids next time for any other CIP, seriously. I'll consider volunteering at the CPC too. Seeing the children so happy and carefree somehow ignited a spark within me- I really want to make a difference in their lives now. haha this sounds like some reflection. But seriously, it was meaningul.

Ride With Me... Success! (Inside joke xD)
