Quick update. NEmation today was pretty cool, albeit tiring. Reached super early, at 8.30am and was the first group to arrive! Passion! hahaha. Started off getting acquainted with our workspace, which was pretty cool. Go check out the-big-bang's fan page on fb to see a pic. The groups doing stop-mo had tents to themselves to keep the light out, whereas we people doing 2D-animation were out in the open.
Got a lot of koufu vouchers to last for 3 weeks. Turns out Block A of NYP is nearer koufu than Block L! haha and the place is super crowded. Anyway, I like the auditorium. It's spacious and our new 2nd home for 3 weeks (: Gotten used to the place already, and the freedom and random break times. But it's our loss if we break too much too, so we didn't.
New Animagine crew, including a dude called Nicholas and a dudette called Jacqueline, plus the usual motley crew of Mr EL, Mr Joshua, Mr Jason, Ms Serene, Ms Helena, Mr Wei Siong and gang. Today was mostly about testing. Did the textures with photoshop and Perlyn and Joohwee did the testing of the shadows while Jolene did the drawing. Joohwee has all the pics so you can check out the team/jh's blog soon, and the fan page. haha I was apprehensive about the whole 3 weeks at first, but after today I feel more cheery. I feel that we can actually enjoy ourselves along the way! :D
Oh yes, do check out RazorTV too cos they're hanging around the place doing interviews. Joohwee got interviewed! While I butted in along the way hahahaha. Super funny. We'll upload more stuff soon, get ready! And we have nemation this Fri even though it's a public holiday. Cool! Didn't expect that. One more day of pre-pro :D
