REVELATION. 9:00 PM
End of Week 1, 2010! The life of a Secondary 4 is finally starting to sink in. Sadly. Chinese class is the same as 4C! woohoo 1F gathering. 15 out of 20 students in our class were from 1F, which is pretty cool. Just like the good old days. And thankfully, Cai laoshi is our teacher! Better than *cough* others, at least. haha. 4D's teachers are quite nice... First lessons this week usually were slack ones where we just chatted or slacked. Mrs Mohan is some super pro English woman (well, expected since she's from India) and its pretty scary that she wants us to conduct our own English lessons :/ But today's vocab quiz was quite fun. I'd rather it all the way! Ms Fadhzila told us about her spooky 'ghost' encounter in Ho Chi Minh. It was super super funny, especially the way she described her colleague who believed in the supernatural. Its quite cool that she got to go for attachment in Jakarta for one month and stuff. Quite awesome. Anyway, today was AHS' CCA showcase! :D Infocomm club ftw! Rushed down after school to prep the booth at the concourse. The banner was a pain, but it was worth it when done. It looked the most professional cos it was printed! No offence to the other CCAs though. But well. haha. The mounted photos were quite nice and I actually heard some people saying 'nice' when they saw it. Met some interested Sec 1s like Xin Ni and her friend Gwen from 1K (I think). Too bad our quota is quite little but I hope we'll have nice & enthu people. Quite tiring standing around watching the UG showcase twice so we went up at the last bit to watch CDS and Dance... Came down for the last round of canvassing. Then when we were packing up and I was about to go place my books in the locker, Kenneth called. And asked whether I was still in school cos he was outside! So I went 'LOL' and walked out. Met Jolene on the way so I told her and we waited for him to walk nearer. Hilarious, PAP! hahaha. Reminds me of NEmation. Sheer bliss + hard work. Snuck him into the school in the open (yes, its rather paradoxical) and gave him a mini mini tour. Rui Han saw me and thought he was my bro. Good thing he isn't! xD He said he used to hide Easter eggs in the holes in the grafitti-spattered wall just next to the LSB hahaha. Finally got my books to the locker and placed the hangers in there too cos I was lazy to bring them back. Finally made our way out at about 6.45pm with Joo Hwee, Perlyn and Kenneth. Immediately when we stepped out, it started raining. Heavily, within 30 seconds. Kenneth said it was cos of him haha! Well it was quite a surprise for Kenneth to pop by. It's good that he stays near the school xD My feet kinda ache. Gonna watch one ep of the Mentalist later! Whee. I shall take today as a slack day. Yesterday was slack too since I came back at 7pm or so :) Will attempt to study over the weekend with the time I have. Time for an N.E.mation SHOUTOUT! VOTING STARTS ON 15 JAN, EXACTLY ONE WEEK FROM NOW! WE REALLY REALLY WANT THIS, SO PLEASE HELP US VOTE. It doesn't cost much. Less than a Singapore Idol vote. It's less than 30 cents per vote! So at least try to vote 5 times (: Instead of buying one plate of chicken rice or nasi lemak, support us and make our dream come true. This means a lot to us, really. And we put in so much effort over the past year that we can't even remember the number of hours we spent preparing and brainstorming-and eventually doing- our animation.
